Ballarat City Council - Ballarat Heritage Festival & COVID-19 Video Production

Event Manager For Murder Mystery Dinner, 2021 Ballarat Heritage Festival

Emma was the event manager for the Murder Mystery Dinner and Luncheon as part of the 2021 Ballarat Heritage Festival at the Ballaarat Mechanics Institute. The event was hosted by the Ballaarat Mechanics and created and produced by Tales From Rat City. The event involved a local caterer that served a 3-course meal and 5 local performers who unravelled the mystery of who killed William Bailey, based around real historical figures from the Ballarat Goldrush period.

COVID-19 Response Video Production

We were commissioned to create a video response by Creative City Project to COVID-19 and lockdowns. It was during a lockdown, so we had to think hard about how to carry out the project. We decided to take footage of Emma riding her bike during the allowed 1 hour of exercise and create a video with local poet/musician Hap Hayward and musician Garth Horsfield.
