When the interview is filmed, we can also document precious photos and objects and incorporate these into the finished video to bring your story to life. Our editors will combine all of these elements to make your a beautifully polished mini-documentary, ready to be shared with your children, grandchildren and friends.

We are Emma & Jarrod from The Ginkgo Tree! This is our story of why we started this important project LifeStory.
We were inspired to start this project LifeStory to enable families to record and have an archive of their family members stories before it’s too late. Emma’s grandpa Ralph (featured in the top image and the LifeStory video) had so many fascinating stories to tell about life growing up during the Depression and having to wear his sister’s dresses because of being very poor, and then going on to becoming a Spitfire pilot in WW2. Unfortunately by the time we recorded his story, dementia had set in. We hope we can help families to record their loved ones stories and avoid this disappointment.

Will it be stressful?
Definitely not! We are highly trained in making people immediately comfortable in front of the camera - because basically we just have a fun and friendly chat - while the camera is rolling! It doesn’t matter if you “make mistakes” at all, because we edit out all the bugs.
